SEN Behaviour Support Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Support professional to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting as soon as possible.
This role involves supporting children with mild to moderate SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Delay, communication and social interaction challenges, and mild behaviour issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing a calm, supportive, and interactive approach to keep children motivated during lessons.
- Celebrating achievements to help build confidence and encourage positive behaviour.
- Supporting the development of skills and strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for behaviour management and a dedication to supporting children with SEND needs to achieve their best.
