SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require special educational support, helping them thrive in a structured and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide targeted support to SEN students, both individually and in small groups.
- Assist in implementing IEPs and promoting positive behaviour management.
- Adapt learning activities to ensure accessibility for all students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents for tailored support.
- Experience: Prior SEN experience is beneficial, but passion and dedication are key.
- Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and a caring attitude.
- Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English proficiency is preferred.
- Salary: Competitive £21,000 - £23,000, depending on experience.
