Dedicated SEN Support Team Member

Dedicated SEN Support Team Members are sought by Zen Educate to provide exceptional support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Brislington and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children with SEN or have a strong passion for SEN. They should also demonstrate flexibility, proactivity, and patience when interacting with students. Nurturing and caring approaches are essential in this role, as well as effective communication within a team.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Collaborating with other professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
