About the Role

We are looking for a Behaviour Learning Mentor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Learning Mentor, you will work with pupils who require additional support to manage their behaviour. Your role will involve providing 1:1 or group support, working alongside key school staff and existing behaviour plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour to develop strategies for improved behaviour management
  2. Provide 1:1 or group support to pupils across the age spectrum
  3. Build supportive relationships with pupils, acting as a mentor and role model
  4. Collaborate with key school staff and existing behaviour plans to improve levels of pupil behaviour
