We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological therapy services within our service.

About the Role:

  • Provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessment, formulation, and treatment to clients in an outpatient setting.
  • Work closely with other professionals as appropriate to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with information about their assessment, formulation, and treatment plans.
  • Undertake risk assessments and manage risks associated with client care.
  • Manage a clinical caseload in accordance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Attend monthly clinical supervision sessions to develop knowledge, skills, and promote clinical excellence.
  • Maintain high levels of clinical governance, including accurate documentation as required by the service.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Doctoral Clinical/Counselling Psychology qualification with BABCP accreditation or be working towards this. Alternatively, you can be a registered health professional with BABCP accreditation. You must also have assessed experience of working as a qualified CBT therapist or experience of delivering CBT treatment in a mental health setting. A strong ability to deliver interventions to a wide range of clients is essential.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
