About the JobIn this role, you will form part of our outpatient team, providing top-notch psychological therapy services to our clients.
- Utilize your expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to assess, formulate, and treat individuals dealing with mental health challenges.
- Implement effective risk management strategies for service users, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Lead a clinical caseload in accordance with our operational policies.
- Attend regular clinical supervision sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to excellence in care.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Doctoral Clinical/Counselling Psychology degree, accredited by the BABCP, or be working towards this accreditation, or hold a relevant health professional registration with BABCP Accreditation.
- Proven experience as a qualified CBT therapist or delivering CBT treatment within a mental health setting.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £50,000 - £70,000, based on current market rates.
