We are seeking an experienced SEN Intervention Assistant to join our dedicated team at a secondary school in North Bristol.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN
- Work closely with teachers to develop effective learning plans for SEN students
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Lead small group interventions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has significant experience working with children or young people
- Is knowledgeable about SEN strategies and support techniques
- Hold GCSEs in English and Maths
- possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Details:
- Location: BS11
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Contract: Permanent contracts available after an initial trial period
- Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum
