About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting students with varying SEND needs, including autism, global delay, Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities, speech and language difficulties, and Social Emotional Mental Health Needs.

You will help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging good behavior and promoting social and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  2. Working closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
  3. Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
  4. Encouraging good behavior and promoting social and emotional well-being
  5. Assisting with lessons and activities as needed

Requirements:
