About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team by maintaining external supplier relationships and ensuring timely payment of invoices. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough checks during the supplier onboarding process.
  • Process invoices, credit card statements, and expenses with precision.
  • Liaise with departments to resolve any queries, escalating issues to the FM team when necessary.
  • Oversee the accounts payable ledger, performing regular reconciliations and preparing payment runs.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a similar Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger role. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this position.
