Office Administrator

Levate Solutions is a leading manufacturer of overhead cranes, specialising in the design, production, and installation of high-quality lifting solutions. As an office administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Duties
- Place supplier order as requested
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of invoices, purchase orders, on the accounts system
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve any invoice or payment-related issues
- Maintain organised and up-to-date filing system for invoices

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-discipline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to work to monthly deadlines
- An aptitude for IT - knowledge of software packages like Sage 50.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
