Job Opportunity: Experienced Administrator sought for a part-time role, requiring a 20 hour working week.
About the Company: Established, successful business operating within the Construction & Building Service sector.
The Opportunity: Join a national contractor, working within the Building Services sector, providing general administrative support to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration
- Processing Engineers working hours through accounting software
- Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices and managing Project Managers' invoice authorisation routine
- Statement Reconciliation
- Assisting the Finance Director in preparing regular payment runs
- Issuing sales invoices for service and maintenance projects
- Processing managers' credit card receipts and expenses
Requirements:
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, across 3, 4 or 5 days per week
- Experience working in a busy commercial office environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software
- Self-motivation and capacity to work to deadlines and timescales
- Organised approach and positive attitude, including the ability to use own initiative
- Excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
