Position: School Administrative Assistant
Salary: £00 per hour

Are you an experienced administrator with a background in educational settings or similar fields seeking a new opportunity?

It is HIGHLY DESIRABLE for candidates to possess prior experience in school administration and to be adept in SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM. However, individuals with STRONG ADMINISTRATIVE skills from related sectors will also be taken into account.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must be open to working on a TEMPORARY BASIS and during the hours of 8:00 a.m.

Full-time and part-time roles will be available throughout the academic year, with varying durations.

There may be a chance to transition to a permanent position within the educational institutions, although this is NOT ASSURED.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing phone communications and relaying messages
  • Drafting letters and memos
  • Interacting with parents and students

Registration Requirement: You will be required to complete a full registration process with us, which includes providing right to work documentation and obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS. This will be processed by us but incurs a fee of £47.
