Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Music Education: Teach groups of children across up to 10 primary schools per week, providing a fun and interactive learning experience.
- Multi-Instrumental Instruction: Teach drums, keyboard, guitar, and vocals within a band setting, requiring proficiency in at least two instruments.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop strong connections with students, parents, schools, and the broader community, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Facilitate Performances: Guide students as they prepare for and perform in their first live shows, promoting confidence and stage presence.
- Manage Administrative Tasks: Complete daily administrative duties, approximately 30 minutes per day, ensuring seamless operation of the program.
- Student Certification: Assist students in achieving entry-level music qualifications within the RSL framework, recognizing their musical progress.
- Active Engagement: Take on a physically active role, including setting up and breaking down musical equipment for each session, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
