Job Opportunity

A highly skilled Account Manager is required to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth at our leading IT consultancy, Matched Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for business development, and delivering results-driven solutions. With a strong background in sales and account management, you will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely. They will also have experience in the IT industry or related field and a full driving license.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus a car allowance of £5,400 and commission opportunities that could take your total earnings to over £40,000. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision of exceptional customer service to valued long-term relationships
  • Lead on the full sales cycle, from first customer contact through to contract signing
  • Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships
  • Customer enabling vendor engagement and relationship management
  • Accurate feedback & forecasting supported by ambition to exceed sales figures and targets
  • Lead generation and liaison with marketing and company representation

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience of client relationship management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach
  • Ideal experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Full driving licence and vehicle
