Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and business expansion at beBee Professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leveraging market analysis and CRM software expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on performance.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS, PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, utilizing industry insights and business acumen.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development, to ensure seamless team integration and optimal results.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, aligning sales strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and team success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, OR A RELATED FIELD.
