- A high-performing team leader is sought to drive sales growth and strategy at Neos Global Search's client.
- The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of a business growth roadmap.
We are partnering with a rapidly expanding business to recruit a senior sales executive who can lead the sales support team and develop innovative ideas to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a sales and marketing strategy that contributes to the company's ambitious targets.
Main responsibilities will include managing a sales team, developing a sales plan, and effectively communicating across all aspects of the business.
Main Responsibilities- Team Management: Set targets, conduct reviews, provide training and coaching to improve team contribution.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to drive further growth.
- Communication: Effectively communicate across all aspects of the business, including operations and finance.
- Presentations: Present business plans to senior management and review team performance regularly.
- Tender Processes: Experience of public sector procurement would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in selling physical or customisable products.
- An ambitious and driven individual aligned with the company's growth ambitions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop unique customer identification and management strategies.
