About the Role:
Service Care Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Complaints Administrator to join its dynamic team in the Motor Industry. This fast-paced role involves providing crucial administrative support to the Complaints Department.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months in an administrative role, with experience in the motor trade being a bonus but not essential. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Share Point, as well as strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a central mailbox, logging and categorising complaints, and following company guidelines and policy requirements for complaint handling. You will also assist complaint handlers with ad hoc tasks and support other departments by processing additional product requests. The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on location.
