Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Loreto College. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of the college.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including responding to emails and phone calls, managing diaries and schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37 hours per week. The salary for this role is £30,288 - £32,259 per annum, which includes a non-contractual performance-related element.
