Job Description
At TOGETHER FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant to the Company Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Company Secretary, ensuring the smooth operation of the company and its governance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Company Secretary, including preparing and filing documents, maintaining records and databases, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Assisting with corporate governance activities, including preparing and distributing board papers, minutes, and other documentation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, directors, and other external parties.
- Providing support for company secretarial functions, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, preparing and filing regulatory documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
