Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Together. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's human resources functions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing pre-employment and existing colleague vetting checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing support and advice to colleagues and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinating new starter processes, contractual changes, and leaver procedures.
  • Conducting background checks using Experian and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records and system-held information while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Organizing Occupational Health appointments and coordinating Access to Work referrals.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing data as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a HR role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • A sound understanding of General Data Protection Regulations.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
