IMS Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IMS Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Sizewell C, one of the UK's most significant energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- IMS Documentation Management: Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of IMS documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance Monitoring: Support the monitoring and reporting of compliance with IMS policies and procedures across various departments.
- Training Support: Coordinate and assist in delivering training sessions related to the IMS, helping staff understand and adhere to the required processes.
- Audit Preparation: Help prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is in order and readily accessible.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and report on data related to IMS performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the IMS.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with IMS objectives.
- Experience in the administration of processes / procedures in a management system.
- Experience in managing competing priorities and demands, dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment, with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible integrated approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills (flexible / organised / methodical).
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organisation and externally.
- Ability to deal with difficult enquiries / solve unique problems.
- Use of Microsoft Outlook or similar diary / email application; Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experience in the administration of assurance (audit / inspection) activity.
- Experience using Microsoift Visio & Power BI.
- Previous experience of working on a large project organisation preferably within the Nuclear Industry.
- General team support experience knowledge producing professional work as well as ability to adapt to new and changing systems.
