About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Contract Support / Scheduler to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our site maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in undertaking contract support tasks and ensuring that facilities provide a safe and secure environment for clients.
  • Carry out administration to support the effective running of our client contract, including invoicing processes and managing electronic and paper records.
  • Work closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinate additional costs with suppliers or subcontractors.
  • Manage queries from internal and external customers through to conclusion.
Requirements
  • Role in a similar position preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well without supervision.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clean driving license and good client-facing skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
