Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at People Group Limited. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all vehicle and material movement, including controlling unloading activities. You will utilize a bespoke delivery management system along with various vehicle and material management trackers to create forecasts and daily coordination plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all vehicle and material movement
- Controlling unloading activities
- Utilizing a bespoke delivery management system
- Maintaining an understanding of the contract conditions
- Providing support to DMS operators
- Planning and scheduling AIL movements
- Coordinating deliveries within overall project processes and priorities
- Producing reports using Microsoft and Google applications
- Identifying and reporting variances and problems
Requirements:
- Previous experience of using DMS systems
- Working within a construction site
