The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic rail team at Sizewell C, a leading engineering contractor at the forefront of sustainable and innovative solutions.

Location: Leiston - Hybrid
Remuneration & Benefits: Negotiable salary dependent on experience: £55,000 to £65,000 Per Annum

Your Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support the planning and delivery of rail contracts or railway work packages throughout their full life cycle.
  2. Ensure compliance with Network Rail Standards and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and team members.
Qualifications & Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Business, Maths, or Project Management, with relevant industry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

  1. A degree in a relevant field with APM experience.
  2. Experience in design and/or delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
  3. IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Environment

The role involves working on a nuclear licensed site, with associated risks and hazards, including radiation, chemicals, and high voltage equipment.
