Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Financial Controller, and Director of Revenue to optimize hotel performance and align with our strategy.
  • Manage key property issues and opportunities, including capital projects, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Develop and implement meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and short-term and long-term strategic goals.
  • Lead by example, embodying Hilton's service standards, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience in hotel operations. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
