Business Development Manager - Export

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a well-established wholesaler of FMCG goods. The client is seeking an experienced Export Business Development Manager to join their team due to growth.

This is a great opportunity for a confident sales professional with a proven track record of new business. If you have a background in Export Sales, International Sales, FMCG Business Development, FMCG Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or similar.

The Role:

  1. Strong focus on New Business Development.
  2. Build relationships with potential new customers.
  3. Be the focal point between customers, sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients and other key external stakeholders.
  5. Generate leads and gather contact details.
  6. Maintain business relationships within the industry.
  7. Develop an effective sales strategy encompassing new and existing clients.
  8. Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the business.
The Person:

  1. Must come from an Export / International sales background.
  2. A strong new business approach with an understanding of global markets.
  3. Must be able to travel internationally.
  4. Confident sales professional with a proven track record of new business.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proven track record of hitting targets.
  7. Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
