We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse staff.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
