Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Leader to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As the Head of Data Management & Governance, you will lead a critical function within the business, focusing on developing and implementing robust data management and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to enable efficient data usage and drive business growth.
  • Formulate policies and procedures for data management and governance to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Manage the data catalogue, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards, and mitigating any potential risks across Data Governance and Management.
  • Establish and manage Master Data Management (MDM) systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Data Management or Governance role, with a strong understanding of data governance, MDM, and data quality.
  • Expertise in data compliance and GDPR, with a strong understanding of data protection regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve data management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
