About the Role
Ayesa - UK and Ireland seeks a highly skilled Senior Maritime Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering designs independently or with expert input to clients, developing and supporting junior engineers, and ensuring marine designs adhere to set standards.
This position requires a minimum of 6-10 years of industry experience, a Master's in civil engineering or similar with marine civil engineering experience, and Chartered or near chartered status with the ICE or equivalent. You must also possess technical knowledge of specific subject areas pertaining to marine works and software proficiency, as well as excellent project management skills.
A competitive salary package, ranging from £65,000 to £90,000 per annum, is available for this position. Additional benefits include a hybrid working arrangement, flexible work hours, pension match, income protection, life assurance, training and development opportunities, employee assistance program, sports and social activities, and increased annual leave entitlements based on years of service.
