We are seeking a visionary leader to take on the role of Marine Infrastructure Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, shaping the direction of engineering initiatives, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

About the Role

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and innovation in our maritime civil engineering service line.
  • Lead and inspire a talented engineering team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Marine Civil Engineering, Project Management, and Contract Management.
  • Contract Management with exposure to the maritime insurance & legal sector.
  • Solid understanding of Civil Engineering philosophies.
  • High level of competency in written English to produce complex technical reports and appraisals.
  • Well-organized and self-directed individual with strong business and commercial skills.
