Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Marine Associate Director to lead our marine projects and ensure the highest quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing EIA screening, environmental assessments, and supporting documents. You will also collaborate with technical experts and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects
- Manage EIA screening, environmental assessments, and supporting documents
- Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with quality management procedures
- Manage client relationships, internal teams, and subcontractors
- Project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management
- Commitment to innovation and continuing professional development
