  • Demonstrated experience in leading significant projects and programmes, particularly in the climate or public policy sectors.
  • Proven track record in analysis and due diligence, policy planning and programme delivery, as well as results-based delivery and implementation.
  • Knowledge of evidence bases pertaining to programme design and implementation, and belief in evidence-based decision-making.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial thinker with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to recruit, guide, influence, and/or advise management teams to effectively implement programmes.
  • Effective champion and promoter of causes, presenting compelling ideas to engage audiences.
  • Skilled in relationship building and strengthening, uniting groups with a shared purpose.
Benefits
  • The starting salary for this role is approximately £80,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and scope of the position.
  • We offer a generous benefits package, including annual leave, bonus, training allowance, wellbeing allowance, life insurance, and medical insurance.
