Your Role
- Oversee shifts to ensure exceptional guest service
- Responsible for controlling procedures on reception, ensuring cash security, keys, and guest data protection
- Train team members to meet hotel standards, continuously improving service levels for guests
- Plan ahead and accurately manage staffing levels
- Drive sales and upselling at reception
- Undertake front-of-house duties
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, resolving complaints and issues promptly
Your Qualifications
- Providing top-notch service comes naturally to you
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
- You excel at multi-tasking and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, with high standards of written and spoken English
- A professional appearance is vital
- You value teamwork and support your colleagues
- An approachable, positive, and proactive attitude is crucial
- Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is advantageous, particularly with Opera PMS experience
