Front Desk Manager

As a Front Desk Manager at Luton Hoo Hotel & Spa, you will be responsible for leading our reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising receptionists, ensuring the hotel lobby is always manned, and handling guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise receptionists on duty, providing support and assistance when needed
* Ensure the hotel lobby is always manned and guests are acknowledged and made to feel welcome
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
* Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local area
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
