The Role
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our F&B team, you will assist the F&B Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate and train your team will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
- Conduct stock taking and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Work in all areas of the F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and events teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
