Client Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Consultant to join our team, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless integration of our software system. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, conducting in-depth analysis of client requirements, and identifying opportunities to align our software system with their needs.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams to gather and relay client feedback, contributing to product enhancements and overall service improvement. To succeed in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, as well as a solid understanding of Solicitor's Account Rules. Onsite training experience and a comfortable working style with software systems are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A competitive salary and commission structure will be offered, along with an excellent benefits package, including pension contributions, private health insurance, life insurance cover, and employee assistance program. A hybrid working pattern, including three days in the office and two days homeworking or remote working opportunities, will also be available.
