Senior Client Success Executive

Our ideal candidate will take ownership of client success, proactively managing relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction. As an experienced Account Manager, you will:
- • Develop and execute tailored strategies to meet client objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations
• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and progress reports
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth
Skill Requirements
In addition to relevant experience and qualifications, we're looking for individuals who embody the following traits:
- • Proven track record of success in managing digital projects and clients
• Excellent stakeholder management, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Craft, or Drupal) is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
