Divisional Sales Director Opportunity


We are seeking a seasoned retail sales leader to drive revenue and profit growth across our large territory of 80 retail stores in the South of England, covering London, South East, South West, and the M4 corridor.


This critical role reports to the Sales Director and operates as a member of the sales leadership team, managing a team of regional managers across the division.



About the Role:

As Divisional Sales Director, you will be responsible for:



  • Reviewing weekly sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Managing divisional P+L, driving a culture of revenue growth and cost management
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to grow divisional performance
  • Identifying property opportunities, relocations, refits, refreshes, and closures

  • Strong proficiency in retail operations and strategic thinking
