Senior Training Co-ordinator Job Description

LK is a global strategy consulting firm that utilises deep industry expertise and rigorous analysis to assist business leaders in achieving practical results with real impact.

The company specialises in Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) support with clients across the full range of corporates and private equity. Recruitment and Onboarding, People and Operations, Learning and Development, and People Strategy and Analytics.

This Senior Training Co-ordinator role is a critical part of the Learning and Talent Development team at LK. The successful candidate will have significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing learning experiences across Europe
  • Conducting training needs analysis at all levels
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of programmes, enabling high participation and continuous improvement
  • Developing new training experiences based on future talent and business needs
  • Conducting rigorous evaluation of the full offering to ensure excellence and drive continuous improvements
  • Defining and overseeing the delivery of new projects to improve learning effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team
  • Strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously

Working with the Team:

  • Guiding L&D team members in managing the direction of the curriculum
  • Working with L&D team members to ideate and deliver train-the-trainer support

Requirements for the Role:

  • Fluent English (C2)
  • Ability to travel to other offices
  • Strong analytical skills
