About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to take on a leadership position and drive strategic initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR projects, developing and implementing policies, and providing guidance to staff members.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of learning and development opportunities for staff
- Play a key role in performance management and employee relations
- Manage and process payroll alongside the Senior HR Co-ordinator
- Develop and maintain staff induction and performance management processes
- Lead on HR projects, reviews, and restructuring efforts
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in a learning and development management role or team leadership position
- Experience of managing HR projects from inception to completion
- Understanding of and commitment to equity and diversity issues
The salary for this role is £52,365 per annum, which is a competitive package that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
