FIND Recruitment Group LTD is delighted to be working with a DfE accredited, Ofsted outstanding training provider to recruit an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor. This role involves supporting apprentices in achieving their programmes in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality training, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards. They will also support English and Maths training, ensuring successful completion in collaboration with specialists. Additionally, they will provide tutorial support on Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs.

Responsibilities include delivering workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours, conducting remote webinars for apprentices, and holding a qualification or having experience in the Early Years sector. A full driving licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel to customer sites are also essential.

Requirements:
  1. $45,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  2. Hold a qualification or have experience in the Early Years sector
  3. Have up-to-date industry knowledge
  4. Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications
  5. Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle, and be willing to travel to customer sites
