We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our expanding team in the Nordics region. As an Enterprise Account Manager at monday.com, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the Enterprise segment.

This is a quota-carrying role that requires strong sales skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the Enterprise segment
  • Strategically build relationships within accounts to build qualified champions
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to create conditions for account growth
  • Help customers maximize value from the monday.com platform

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS or technology-related field
  • At least 18 months experience selling to Enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth within the Nordics region

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000, plus bonus structure and equity model.
