Job Description

Our client, a leading engineering business, is seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to join their team in Hixon, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of after-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the after-sales team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective after-sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including complaint handling and resolution.
