About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Millie's Cookies in Peterborough Town Centre.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that meet our business objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve great results. You will also have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to analyze data to inform your decision-making.
The role offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including colleague discount, flexible working, and management bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
