Apprentice Opportunity in Health and Social Care

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice in Health and Social Care. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health challenges.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals in developing their independence, including daily living tasks and accessing the community. You will also work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support and care.

As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced staff and develop your knowledge and skills in a supportive environment. You will also be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes resident well-being and satisfaction.
