Social Care Specialist

We're offering a competitive salary of £32,000 (OTE: £27,000 + £5,000) for this Social Care Specialist role.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have a recognised assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3.
Main responsibilities include assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3, delivering training and support for Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
Key Requirements:
- Recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3
- OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCY IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE (ELDERLY)
- Confident delivery of Maths and English Functional Skills
- Familiarity with ICT systems and tools
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
This is a field-based role, requiring flexibility with travel and strong organisational skills.
