About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at Imperial London Hotels Limited. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless bookings for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to our guests over the phone, email, and other channels.
  • Process reservations efficiently and accurately, using our Opera system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our hotel facilities, services, and local area to provide informed recommendations to our guests.
  • Collaborate with our teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a call centre or reception environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues when needed.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Opera, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
