Hotel Reservations Role Overview

The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge is a 4-star deluxe hotel, located in the heart of one of London's most affluent areas. We are seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily running of the Reservations department, ensuring that all procedures and targets are met. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the reservations team to ensure prompt, efficient and courteous service
  2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports on all reservations activities
  4. Provide direction and leadership to Reservations Manager, assisting them to achieve their potential, closing performance gaps and achieving overall departmental objectives
  5. Assist the reservations manager in achieving maximum room rate, yield and conversions

Requirements

To be successful as a Reservations Supervisor, you will require:

  • Experience working in the Reservation Department
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Confident telephone manner
  • High level of IT skills
  • Excellent grooming standards
