**Job Title:** EMEA Commercial Strategy Lead

**Salary:** $140,000 - $200,000 per year

Ball Aerospace is a leading aerospace company that is committed to delivering innovative solutions to meet the challenges of the 21st century. We are seeking an experienced EMEA Commercial Strategy Lead to develop and execute our commercial strategy in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a regional commercial strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of consistent and repeatable data processes
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and consensus on key strategic initiatives

**Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy development and execution

• Proven success leading and influencing cross-functionally without authority

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

• Business and financial acumen

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
