Executive Commercial Leader

As a Senior Commercial Executive at Ball, a world leader in manufacturing sustainable aluminium packaging, you will have the opportunity to drive profitable growth and ensure efficiencies across all touchpoints.
About the Role- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through best-in-class meetings and build relationships with key personnel and functions.
- Ensure high-level customer service to major accounts through internal touchpoints, maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.
- Lead customer implementation projects, driving business outcomes and ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage meetings with key decision-makers internally and externally, negotiating business opportunities and devising account strategies with the commercial director and global teams.
- Work closely with the commercial director to devise and implement the region's sales strategy, setting key performance indicators internally and externally.
- Degree-level education in a commercial or business discipline, or relevant expert experience in the field.
- Previous strong experience in sales or customer supply chain management, ideally in FMCG/Packaging/Retailing with a proven track record.
- Expert knowledge in account management, including negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
